1:600 Airfix
This was the second model I completed. The first attempt ended in disaster and had to be scrapped, but at least it gave me some spare parts - useful even today! Unfortunately, this model was irrevocably damaged: It's replacement is currently under construction. No bad thing, as the standard of modelmaking in the early days was not really very good and also I have since found out that the Airfix painting instructions were woefully inaccurate.
1:600 Airix
This is my 2nd fully completed 1:600 Hood (third kit), built after the 1st was unfortunately damaged beyond economic repair after being dropped whilst dusting my display cabinet!
